Mushrooms filled with Gouda cheese and minced meat


° 6 mushrooms (giant mushrooms).

° Gouda (grated).

° salt.

1 toe / s of garlic.

° pepper.

300g minced meat.

° olive oil.

° 1m.-sized onion (s).

1/2 tube / n tomato paste.


First wash, hollow out and clean the mushrooms. We need to set aside Hollowed Mushroom Meat. Then place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet. Now cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in hot oil until they become transparent. then add the minced meat and sauté. When the meat is done, fry the mushrooms with it. Then add the tomato paste, squeeze the garlic and mix well. Season with plenty of pepper and salt. Stir well again. Then spoon the meat into the mushroom heads🍄. we sprinkle with Gouda cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 220 degrees for 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown (less if the fan is circulating).

Fresh salad and herb baguette go well with it.
