MEXICAN-TACO-LASAGNA

A new way of serving tacos… Layers of taco lasagna.This simple Mexican casserole is seasoned with meat, beans, tomatoes, and tortillas.I have a son (he will remain anonymous 🙂) who absolutely hates homemade lasagna.In fact, he is not interested in Italian stews.Sometimes I don’t know how my son is doing.This is usually not lasagna, because it absorbs tortilla tortilla lasagna.Mexican dinners often make diners smile, and this lasagna and lasagna taco recipe from Rotel is no exception!Do this tajin to make your family smile.You can have dinner in about an hour!

* ingredients :

° 12-13 Low-Fat Flour 6 Inch 2-lb tortilla.
° meat
° 2 pack taco seasoning
° 2 c tomatoes cut to cubes
° 1 c red onion cutting to cubes
° 1/2 c onion green, cutting to cubes
° 1/4 c jalapeno, chopped optional, kosher salt to taste
° 2 cups heavy whipping cream
° Half stick butter

° 3 c Taco cheese or shredded cheese Mexican
° 1.5 tsp Cajun mousse
° Creamy Bridges-Appetizer
° diced green onions for garnish

* Directions :

In a bowl, mix red onion, shallots, jalapeno, tomatoes and salt to taste. Sit aside.Fry the meat in a pan to let the fat drain. Add the taco seasoning and my heart, put the cream and butter in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring until everything is homogeneous, remove from the heat and add two cups of cheese. Adding Cajun seasoning also keep warm.Place the 4-layer tortillas in a 9 x 13 baking pan (matching the bottom of the baking pan), minced meat, cheese and tomato mixture.Repeat until there are 3 layers of cheese sauce on top, then pour the last cup of cheese on the casserole.Put it in a closed oven, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, and then take it out to cool.
