HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE BARS Recipe

These Hawaiian cheesecake bars taste just like a tropical island getaway. And who couldn’t employ that over this time of year?

Hawaiian cheesecake bars are a classic tropical treat that is sure to become a family favorite. The shortbread crust is covered with a thick layer of pineapple cheesecake and then topped with coconut butter. I love!

* Ingredients:

° 16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
° 16 ounces cream cheese
° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 cups shredded coconut
° 2 tablespoons melted butter
° 4 tablespoons of sugar
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 cup butter
° 4 tablespoons milk
° 2 eggs

* Directions :

1 – Mix the flour with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of butter. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 9×13 skillet. Bake in 350 oven for 14-19 minutes. a little bit cold.
2- Mix the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar, milk and eggs. Add the vanilla and filtered pineapple. Spread over the baked dough.
3- Mix the coconut with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkling over pineapple layer filling. Baking 350 about 15-20 min !
