*Ingredients :
° 2 large potatoes
° 1/2 pound of bacon
° 3/4 cup lightly grated cheddar cheese
° 1/2 cup sour cream
° 1/4 cup milk
° 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
° 1 teaspoon dried chives
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 tsp ground pepper black
° 1/2 tsp garlic
° 3/4 cup lightly grated cheddar cheese
* Directions:
Heat the oven to 200°C. Grease 9* 13 dish casserole.Use a toothpick to poke a few holes in each potato.
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven until fully cooked, about an hour. Cool for 15 minutes.Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon tranches on paper towels & crumble them.
Cut a thin slice from one side of each potato; Carefully remove the meat and transfer it to a bowl. Ignore the skins. Mixing 3/4 c cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, chives, salt, pepper black, / garlic powder with potatoes. Spread the potato mixture into the prepared casserole. 34 cups cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.Bake in a preheated oven until boiling for 10-15 minutes.Permit cool for at least 5 min before use.
