Chicken breast stuffed with cheddar cheese and broccoli

Tender chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and cream cheese. This quick, crunchy meal is packed with flavor and texture and makes a delicious, low-carb dinner.
The whole concept of stuffing chicken breasts with your favorite fillings and having a full dinner is too good to be missed. All the flavors cook up inside the chicken breasts and make the chicken super juicy and full of flavour!
* Ingredients :
+ for chicken
° 4 chicken breasts
° 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, optional
° 1 teaspoon paprika optional
° 1/2 teaspoon
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
+to fill
° 2 cups broccoli florets
° 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
°  1/2 cup cheddar cheese or melted cheese of your choice
° 4 ounces soft cream cheese
° ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° Salt and Pepper
* Directions :
To steam broccoli: Cutting broccoli florets to small pieces. Put all of the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and about 2 tablespoons of water. add the water.Cover with cling film and microwave over high heat for 23 minutes.Alternatively, you can steam on the stovetop or simmer in boiling water for 1 minute.Use a sharp knife to cut each chicken breast horizontally to make a bag.Make sure you continue to cut approximately 1/2 inch from the top and sides.Season the chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, bell pepper, salt and pepper.In a large bowl, combine the steam, chopped broccoli, bell peppers, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper; Sit aside.Pour mix equaly  over every chicken breast. Secure it with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat oven 400 degres F .Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large cast iron or iron skillet over medium to high.Add chicken breast and cook for 23 minutes on each side or until golden brown.Cover with aluminum foil and transfer to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cake is completely cooked.
