Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake Cake

* Ingredients :
° 1 1/4 cup Oreo rusk
° Half a cup of melted butter
° 3 packages (250 g) Philadelphia break cheese smooth chocolate
° Half a cup of sugar
° 3 eggs
° ¼ cup thick caramel sauce
° Half a teaspoon of coarse sea salt
* Preparation :
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
Mix the bread crumbs and butter. Press the bottom tray or 9 in.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until blended. Add one egg at a time and mix on low speed after each one until combined. Pour over the crust.
Step 4
Baking about 40 to 45 min . Or until the center is roughly set. Move the knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake; Cool completely before removing the tip. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Spread the caramel sauce on top just before serving and sprinkle with sea salt.
