Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe

Mouth watering recipe !! These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders come together pretty quick, making a great last minute appetizer !! Plus, they are sure to please all those philly cheesesteak lovers.


  • Boneless roast : 2 lb round (or similar)
  • Sweet peppers: 1 pound (or colored peppers)
  • Onions: 2 (large)
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Hawaiian rolls: 12
  • Provolone cheese: 6 slices
  • Butter salt pepper: 1 stick


  1. First of all, the roast should be cut as thin as possible. In a big skillet, on medium heat, put 2 tsp butter. You’ll want peeled also chop the garlic and add them to the pan. You can then peel and cut the onions and put them in a saucepan.

  6. Immediately raise the temperature to medium high and add the meat, stirring until it is no longer pink. And please take a bun. Afterwards, add the meat on top with cheese. Okay now, you may add the onion and pepper mixture to the meat and cover with the other half. To finish, add salt and pepper to taste.
